Events

The Institute for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning develops events and workshops to meet the various teaching and learning needs of the UBC community. We offer workshops on a repeating cycle (typically we repeat the workshop every 6 months), with upcoming sessions added regularly. Resources from past workshops can be found on the past events page. Our annual Celebrate SoTL Event (typically hosted in October) invites SoTL practitioners, new faculty, staff and students across UBC the opportunity to engage in dialogue around teaching and learning and to advance SoTL work.
